This periosteal elevator is engineered for periodontal and mucogingival microsurgery, featuring two specialized working ends:

• A lance-shaped end, designed for precisely detaching well-defined interdental papillae, such as the palatal papilla behind the upper incisors.
• An angled end, set at more than 90 degrees relative to the handle. This configuration allows for efficient detachment of lingual and palatal papillae while working from the vestibular aspect.
