We focus on high-performance dental equipment and instruments designing and manufacturing, products have approved by CE in Finland and ISO13485 by Moody in UK, production is strictly executed according to the ISO13485 medical products quality system.
What kind of service do you provide?
Didento Co. focus on designing and manufacturing, we provide OEM service to you if you have a special request for dental products.
What is the production time?
For regular dental products, such as samples 1-2pcs, the production time is around 7 workdays, MOQs of around 20~50pcs take 15~30 workdays, above 100pcs of production order for any product unit or for any custom manufacturing, the production time may vary based of the nature of each product. If you have customization request of any dental equipment or instrument or it’s part, it may require a production time period calculation according to the nature of the unit.
What is our company's production ability of dental products?
Our production ability is 100,000 ~ 150,000 pcs/month, 1.8 Million pcs/year.

What is our company's payment term?
Payment term : T/T, or 50% T/T,50% LC at sight, or 100% LC at sight.

We provide 6 months warranty for dental products and a certain amount of free parts according to our after-sales database for each order. Every after-sales problem will be recorded in our systems, and we conduct bi-monthly quality assurance meetings to resolve the issues in the shortest time.
